Wakes & Celebrations of Life
We understand how difficult it is to organise a farewell for a loved one Let our experienced team help you, and celebrate your loved one’s life in our beautiful rustic barn with catering provided. For a larger number of guests, our unique yurt marquee and beautiful garden can also be enjoyed from spring to autumn.
With delicious homemade and locally sourced food available, we can take care of the entire event for you. We are located on the edge of Worcester, an easy distance from the city centre and Malvern, and just off the main road network taking you to Hereford and the M5. We have ample free parking on site.
We offer complimentary hire of our barn for wakes & celebrations of life on weekdays with a minimum food spend of £500. We offer complimentary hire of our cafe mezzanine for wakes and celebrations of life with a minimum food spend of £250.
We have two catering options available. They are both served buffet style for your guests to help themselves, along with ample complimentary tea, coffee & squash. We will open the bar in the barn for additional drink purchases by guests.
Afternoon Tea at £20.95 per person: a sandwich selection, buttermilk scones with cream & jam, and a selection of homemade cakes.
Traditional Buffet at £25.95 per person: sandwich selection, quiche, sausage rolls, salad, coleslaw, scones with cream & jam, & a homemade cake selection. Hot pork pies can be added on for £1.75 per person.
You may order a selection of both the Afternoon Tea & Traditional Buffet, provided we can serve a minimum of 30 of each, please.

How to book:
- Please send us an email to hello@bennettswillowbarn.co.uk along with your preferred date, time and whether you would like to hire the barn, yurt or mezzanine, and how many guests you will be expecting (a rough guess is fine at this stage).
- We will then confirm availability and get you booked in, and help you choose your catering option.
- Due to the close proximity of wakes & celebrations of life from booking, full payment for your catering is required to secure your complimentary hire booking, please.
