Evening Parties
Our fabulous rustic barn on the edge of the Worcester is the perfect setting to celebrate evening parties, whether you are looking for a fabulous party venue for a birthday party, wedding anniversary party or engagement party. Our evening parties are always brilliant fun, with excellent service provided by our team to help you throw an amazing celebration for your friends and family. We can cater for 100 people in our barn – the perfect party number!
To really wow your guests, why not also hire our yurt marquee & garden – this is perfect for summer weekends where you would like to enjoy our beautiful festoon lit, log walled garden as well as our barn, for parties up to 150 people.
You can plug your phone into our sound system to play the guest of honour’s favourite music but for a great party we really recommend investing in a good band or DJ. Both are welcome in our barn!
We also have ample free parking on site and are just 10 minutes drive from J7 of the M5 or a 10 minute tax ride from local train stations making travel from Worcester, Malvern or further afield very easy for your guests.
Evening hire (6pm to midnight) of our barn is £395 for a Friday night or £495 for a Saturday night, and includes our staff running a fully licensed bar for your guests and setting your tables & chairs up for you. Catering
We are able to provide our delicious hog roast or stone baked pizzas for evening parties, or a traditional hot & cold buffet. We can send you our full catering options when you enquire, just let us know you are interested in catering. Alternatively, you can bring in your own party food from home.
Glamping
You can make a whole weekend of your celebration by staying in our yurts on our farm. We also have 5 camper van picthes with electric hook up available for your guests to make use of. Find out more at Worcester Glamping’s website.
How to book:
- Complete a party enquiry form here and include your preferred date, time and whether you would like to hire the barn, yurt or mezzanine, and how many guests you will be expecting (a rough guess is fine at this stage).
- We will then confirm availability and get you booked in. Please note that we only take party bookings within 6 months from the date of your event.
- Your date & food choices can be secured with a 25% deposit. The balance of room hire is due 8 weeks before your event, and the balance of food is payable no later than 2 weeks before your event.
- Please email us at hello@bennettswillowbarn.co.uk if you have any dietary requirements to check if we can accommodate them, and such requests will be by pre-order only.
- Alcohol is strictly for over 18s only and can be served after 12pm only.
- Your hire period includes your set up and clear away time.
