Family Celebrations
Our fabulous rustic barn on the edge of the Worcester is the perfect setting to celebrate children’s birthday parties in a welcoming, comfortable environment with homemade food options and a great space for family celebrations, such as a naming days, christenings or daytime anniversary parties. We are just 10 minutes from J7 of the M5, and have ample free parking on site making travel to us very easy for your guests.
Weekend daytime hire (9am to 5pm) of our barn is charged at £395. Or alternatively you can hire our barn from 1:30pm to 7pm on a Sunday for £495. MAximum capacity in the barn is 100 guests.
Our yurt & garden are also available for larger celebrations for up to 150 people to enjoy our outside space – please enquire for pricing & options.
You can plug your phone into our sound system to play the guest of honour’s favourite music. And there is plenty of space to set up a bouncy castle or similar entertainment should you wish.
We can cater your celebration for you, giving you one less task to worry about as you make final preparations. Our most popular options are our buffet afternoon tea (£20.95 per person) or traditional hot & cold buffet selection (£25.95 per person). Both options include complimentary tea, coffees & squash. Or you could serve a hog roast or our delicious stone baked pizzas! Our activity lunch boxes are available for kids at £6.95 each. And for a real treat, indulge in all you can eat Bennetts Ice Cream from our vintage style ice cream tricycle for £7.95 per guest. Alternatively, you can bring in your own party food from home.
We highly recommend The Wedding House or The Blow Up for room & table decoration.

How to book:
- Complete a party enquiry form here and include your preferred date, time and whether you would like to hire the barn, yurt or mezzanine, and how many guests you will be expecting (a rough guess is fine at this stage).
- We will then confirm availability and get you booked in. Please note that we only take bookings for parties within 6 months of your celebration date.
- Your date & food choices can be secured with a 25% deposit. The balance of room hire is due 8 weeks before your event, and the balance of food is payable no later than 2 weeks before your event.
- Please email us at hello@bennettswillowbarn.co.uk if you have any dietary requirements to check if we can accommodate them, and such requests will be by pre-order only.
- Alcohol is strictly for over 18s only an can be served after 12pm only.
- Your hire period includes your set up and clear away time.
