Children’s Birthday Parties
Our fabulous rustic barn on the edge of the Worcester is the perfect setting to celebrate children’s birthday parties in a welcoming, comfortable environment with homemade food options and a great space for entertainment, such as a bouncy castle or a character to entertain the children. We also have ample free parking on site making travel from Worcester or Malvern very easy for your guests.
Morning hire (9am to 12:30pm) of our barn is charged at £195. Afternoon hire (1:30pm to 5pm) is charged at £265, or you can hire the barn all day for £395 to enable you a longer celebration.
Our yurt & garden are also available for larger celebrations- please enquire for pricing & options. Children’s birthday parties are not permitted on our cafe mezzanine, sorry.
Children’s activity lunchboxes, including a party hat, colourful napkin & party cup, with ample servings of squash & water to keep the excited kids hydrated, are £7.95 per child. Or you can have us serve a traditional style kids party buffet for £8.95 per child, including ample squash, party hat, napkin & cup. We will have these served on tables for you ready for your party – so just turn up with us having prepared everything for you! How easy is that? Each child can be served a scoop of ice cream for an additional £3.50 – this is always a favourite with the kids! Alternatively, you can bring in your own party food from home.
You can plug your phone into our sound system to play the birthday star’s favourite music. and there is plenty of space to set up a bouncy castle or similar. Grown ups can purchase hot drinks or food from our cafe servery, or we can put on a buffet spread, afternoon teas or a grazing table for the grown ups to enjoy whilst the kids party.

How to book:
- Complete a party enquiry form here and include your preferred date, time and whether you would like to hire the barn, yurt or mezzanine, and how many guests you will be expecting (a rough guess is fine at this stage).
- We will then confirm availability and get you booked in.
- Your date & food choices can be secured with a 25% deposit. The balance of room hire is due 8 weeks before your event, and the balance of food is payable no later than 2 weeks before your event.
- Please email us at hello@bennettswillowbarn.co.uk if you have any dietary requirements to check if we can accommodate them, and such requests will be by pre-order only.
- Alcohol is strictly for over 18s only an can be served after 12pm only.
- Your hire period includes your set up and clear away time.
