Hen Parties & Bridal Showers
Our beautiful, rustic barn on the edge of the Worcester is the perfect setting for a daytime hen party or bridal shower for friends and family to celebrate that special bride to be. We are just a £10 taxi ride from Worcester city centre, so we are a great place to start your celebrations!
Afternoon hire (1:30pm to 5pm) of our barn on a weekend is charged at £265, or you can hire the barn all day for £395 to enable you extra time to set up. And you can plug your phone into our sound system to play whatever music you would like.
Alternatively you can hire our cafe mezzanine for £100 for 2 hours (12pm -2pm or 2.30pm-4.30pm) This is the perfect option if you would like a private space, but no extensive decor.
You can then add on either a Bridal Shower Afternoon Tea or a Bridal Shower Ploughmans Platter for £27.95 per per person – your guests can choose which option they would prefer. All guests will receive their food option of choice, plus complimentary refills of tea or coffee for the duration of your event and either a cheeky mini bottle of prosecco or a refreshing raspberry lemonade for the non-drinkers. Additional drinks can be purchased from our cafe servery.
Or how about upgrading to a “Bottomless Brunch” option for an additional £19.95 per person on top of your afternoon tea: enjoy bottomless prosesso or “nosecco” for the duration of your booking with us!
One of our peacock chairs is available for your use free of charge for the bride to be to feel special at the head of the table! We highly recommend The Wedding House or The Blow Up for your hen party or bridal shower table and room decor, or of course you can bring in your own decorations.
We are proud to serve a gluten free Afternoon Tea & gluten free Ploughmans Platter. Sorry but items including dairy cannot be substituted in these options.

How to book:
- Complete a party enquiry form here and include your preferred date, time and whether you would like to hire the barn, yurt or mezzanine, and how many guests you will be expecting (a rough guess is fine at this stage).
- We will then confirm availability and get you booked in.
- Your date & food choices can be secured with a 25% deposit. The balance of room hire is due 8 weeks before your event, and the balance of food is payable no later than 2 weeks before your event.
- Please email us at hello@bennettswillowbarn.co.uk if you have any dietary requirements to check if we can accommodate them, and such requests will be by pre-order only.
- Alcohol is strictly for over 18s only an can be served after 12pm only.
- Your hire period includes your set up and clear away time.
