What makes this recognition so special is that it’s entirely based on feedback from real couples — the people who’ve trusted us with one of the biggest days of their lives. Being shortlisted for customer care means so much to us, because looking after our couples sits at the very heart of everything we do.
From the very first enquiry, our aim is to make couples feel supported, reassured and genuinely cared for throughout their wedding journey.

“Obviously, having never planned a wedding before we no idea what we were doing, Charlotte was there every step of the way to give us advice and point us in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble, us emailing at stupid times of the night trying to juggle wedding planning along with being parents and having a full time jobs, to her reaching out to the suppliers so they knew everything they needed, even making sure we had plenty of our favourite drinks behind the bar for the day!”

“Right from the start our experience has been faultless. We viewed the venue without the intention of having a larger wedding but ended up falling in love with the location, staff and the value for money! Steph, Charlotte and Lucy were extremely helpful with providing as much information and personalisation to our day as possible. Even with storm Amy trying to ruin our day everything still worked perfectly indoors. We honestly had the best day ever and all of our guests were really impressed with the venue!”
